EPT EPT Iron or Aluminum Flexible Jaw Coupling is application in hand crank table screw jack raising mechanism. EPT provides jaw type couplings for use with screw jacks, when single unit or in multiple units arrangements applications which require jaw couplings to transmit power to the input shaft. EPT jaw couplings require no lubrication, and are resistant to oil, grease, moisture and EPT contaminants. Small volume and large transmitted torque. To be plugged in axially, easy assembly, maintenance-free. Balancing axial, radial and angular misalignment. Torque ratings from 17Nm to 3600Nm. Service temperature from -40°C to +90°C.
How To Select Correct Jaw Couplings?
1. Determine the torque requirements per jack.
2. Determine total coupling capacity required.
3. Select a jaw coupling with a maximum torque greater than the application torque.
Note: All jacks, shafts, couplings and motor should be carefully aligned for maximum performance.
